Danilo Dominici

Danilo Dominici is an independent consultant, trainer, speaker and author, specialized in architecture, database design, high availability, performance tuning, system integration for Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.

He has been working with SQL Server since 1999, starting with version 6.5 on Windows NT. As a trainer, he collaborated with many of the Italian Microsoft Learning Partners in early 2000s (Global Knowledge, Pipeline, ELEA) and since then has continued to train professionals through regular classroom training and on-the-job coaching.

From 2012 to 2019, he was collaborating with SolidQ Italy as a mentor, working as a consultant and a trainer.

Among the first subscribers of ugiss.org (Italian User Group for SQL Server, official PASS Chapter), he contributed by organizing SQL Start!, a yearly community conference based in Ancona, Italy. For his contributions to the community, has was a Microsoft Data Platform MVP from 2014 to 2020.
